Rain Barrels
Enter to win a rain barrel and kick off the campaign to make Illinois the rain barrel capital of the world!
Conserving water and preserving water quality are important to our communities. We must ensure that we have an adequate supply of drinking water during droughts and dry spells, and for future generations. One easy way that you can help clean up local streams and reduce pollution is by collecting the water that falls on your home.
Lt. Governor Pat Quinn is giving away three professionally painted rain barrels that will help three lucky Illinois residents collect water at home. The rain barrels are donated by Austin Grammer (AustinGrammer.com), a manufacturer of rain barrels from Central Illinois.
To enter, please fill out the form below, or visit the Lt. Governor’s State Fair Tent, which is located near the Lincoln Stage and behind the Emmerson Building.
