Illinois Rain Garden Initiative

Welcome to the Illinois Rain Garden Initiative, an environmental initiative of the Office of Lt. Governor Pat Quinn.

Our goal is to empower citizens, institutions and communities to confront local flooding concerns, restore native Illinois prairie habitats, and learn about “green solutions” to storm water management.
