Rain Garden Grants

Lt. Governor Quinn and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service have teamed up to help schools across the state create rain gardens. These low-cost projects protect our waterways and prevent flooding.

Abingdon Middle/High School and 19 other educational and community organizations throughout Illinois are now creating rain gardens.
