A Message from Illinois Lieutenant Governor Pat Quinn

As Illinois State Treasurer, I launched “Operation Home Front” during the Gulf War to inform National Guard members and reservists about their rights under the Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Civil Relief Act.

Now, as brave men and women put their lives on the line to defeat terrorism, we must defend their rights at home.

I have prepared this website to assist service members and veterans wanting to know more about the resources available to them at the local, state, and national level. This site is also a valuable resource for citizens seeking out ways to support from the homefront. Join me in making sure that Illinois is a leader when it comes to supporting the troops!
